Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado- June 13

 Bear Lake: Elevation 9575'

Nymph Lake- over 10,000' where the snow hasn't melted yet in June.

Glacier Basin Campground (above)- this was the view from our campsite.  This was the last site available for this night in the park (we spent an extra night at Boyd Lake because there ware no sites available last night.  It was a bit of a challenging night at 8500' elevation while not quite acclimated yet, and wind gusts up to 40 mph. (I was surprised the tents were still standing in the morning!) I did not sleep much this night- but it was a beautiful site!
The next morning we drove park of the auto road- then headed south.
Got up close and personal with Mr. Elk grazing on the side of the road.
